Fees can be paid either in advance or at the beginning/end of each lesson.  We accept cash, bank transfer or cheque.  If paying by cheque, please write the card number and expiry date on the back of the cheque.


Regrettably we are unable to accept payment by credit or debit cards as card suppliers charge a fee for this facility and we would have to pass this cost onto our pupils, thus increasing the price of the lessons.

Should we be delayed for appointments, due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic delays, we will always try and contact pupils to inform them of this and of our expected time of arrival.


A text message can be sent to pupils on the evening before lessons as a reminder.




Woody’s require 24 hours notice of any cancellation or change to appointments. If 24 hours notice is not given, then the full fee will be charged.  However, we do try and take a flexible approach and understand that pupils may have to alter their appointments due to unforeseen circumstances so whether we charge or not will be decided at our discretion.


Non-attendance is deemed as late cancellation, therefore the full fee will be charged.
